GLOVER/DCPA PICNIC REMINDER FOR TOMORROW’S EVENT
Don’t forget next Saturday, April 25, 11-1, we’ll gather for a fun and interesting Q&A history of The Glover, pioneers of Dallas and the many people and places that shaped our lives. Come see all the hard work that has gone into the gardening and upkeep throughout the year!
Guest speakers include:
•Mike Judd, President-Dallas County Pioneer Association
•MC Toyer, Historian-Dallas County Pioneer Association
•Jim Griffin, former President Emeritus, Dallas County Pioneer Association
Just bring a chair, a potluck lunch item, and any fun or historic show-and-tell items for the display table! Activities for kids, too!
This year we have more new families joining us from OUT OF STATE to learn about the roots and legacies of The Glover!
Hope to see you there…oh! and a few are bringing vintage cars for show-and-tell, too! All are welcome!
