Dear Peters Colony Historical Society Members and Friends,
Our meeting on Monday, May 11, 2026 will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Carrollton Public Library at Josey Ranch Lake, 1700 Keller Springs Road, Carrollton, TX 75006 in the small Environmental meeting room at the back of the library. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE IN THE SMALL ROOM AGAIN FOR THIS MONTH’S MEETING.
This month is our annual “Show and Tell”. Each attendee is invited to bring a photo or some type of memorabilia to the meeting and share a story about it. This has been both fun and educational in the past. To our new members and guests, this can be anything that is meaningful to you. It does not have to relate to the history of Peters Colony.
The following members have been elected to serve as officers for the 2026-2027 society year: President: Richard Monroe; 1st Vice President: Ed Williams; 2nd Vice President: Brian Williams; Treasurer: Paul Price; Corresponding Secretary: Jan Jones. We will install them during the May meeting.
Dues for annual memberships are now due. Those of you who pay annually will receive a dues notice by postal mail. Please fill out the form and bring your dues to the May meeting or stamp and mail the enclosed envelope with the dues form and your check.
