Join us for the September meeting of the Dallas County Pioneer Association. We’re on our evening schedule.
Guest speaker for the September meeting is the wonderful Gayla Brooks — a former KRLD radio personality who’s involved in several
local historical associations including DAR and DRT. Gayla serves with Heritage Oak Cliff and the Cedar Hill Museum of History and authored
two books on Oak Cliff history – Legendary Locals of Oak Cliff and Images of America – Oak Cliff. She’ll present from her book on native Dallasites from Oak Cliff that achieved national prominence. Read about Gayla on her website at this link: gaylabrooks.com
