The beautiful and plentiful white Heritage Irises should be in bloom. These were planted more than 100 years ago by pioneers. The largest documented Post Oak in Dallas County will be proudly present and presiding over us (http://texasforestinfo.tamu.edu/BigTreeRegistry). Clean up, gardening, and socializing will begin when we meet at 10:00. At last inspection, a 15′ branch was down near the Hunnicutt graves, so a chainsaw would be good for that. Hoes to clear around tombstones, brooms and fire ant killer would be good to bring.  Everyone is welcome to watch or work.
